I leverage 15 years as a finance professional specializing in structuring M&A transactions, joint-ventures and other strategic investments at public companies and in private equity.
I have always been a solution-oriented person and throughout my career I have never backed down from trying to find practical, sustainable solutions to business problems. I use a non-confrontational style to put my clients at ease even in times of high stress. I first seek to understand the underlying drivers of a business problem and approach every case with the optimism that a solution exists...we just have to find it.
